This was my 3rd time in France. But this time was much different in many ways compared to the other visits. The south of France is beautiful and very majestic! I was surprised and blown away by the beauty of the land and the people. There is definitely some fascinating energy on that part of the world which everyone needs to experience.

I was flown out with 2 other dancers (TaTa, and Whorah) to represent NYC and the USA. We entered under the name "Supreme Beasts" which is my crew " Supreme Beings" and their crew "Beast Coast".

We ended up taking 1st place in the battle, I was impressed with the turnout of the event. Their were a lot of dancers from all over and they were really dope! A special thank you to the organizers who made this trip possible and all the wonderful people I met on this trip!!!

September 2nd - October 14th SWEDEN TOUR

I left for Sweden on September 2nd to take part in the "Pump up the battle" tour. I was hired as one of the judges, we toured 9 different cities in Sweden. I loved this tour! I was accompanied by 4 other dancers (Linda, Flaco, Razzle Dazzle and Martha) Along with one other judge (Damon Frost) the DJ( Dj Piggo) and the two hosts (Niki and Max). The mission of the tour was to spread the power of dance to smaller cities in Sweden. Before the battles we had a short theater performance that we created, which was a great way to open up the night!

We spent most of our time on the tour bus and living out of hotels. From spending the night in a haunted mansion to wandering the countryside and city streets.. I felt I definitely seen the many sides of Sweden and also myself. Traveling seems to unlock different parts of my being. I feel like I always leave a part of myself and take something new with me. When your out of your comfort zone you grow so much faster and get a broad grasp on reality and what infinity really is. Sometimes I tend to experience a lot of synchronic events and coincidences that almost seem surreal. And this trip was definitely full of them....

Thank you to all of the promoters and the cast for making this experience possible!!! We shared so many special moments!

HALF OF DECEMBER WAS SPENT TRAVELING FROM NYC TO GERMANY,POLAND AND COLORADO... I WAS FLOWN OUT TO ATTEND THE LION KINGZ CREW ANNIV. WHICH WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE TO BE ABLE TO SHARE WITH THE PEOPLE OUT THERE IN POLAND. THE EVENT HAD NO COMPETITIONS, IT WAS JUST CYPHERS AND A BIG PARTY AFTERWARDS!!! MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED ON MY WAY TO POLAND AND I WAS STUCK IN FRANKFURT, GERMANY FOR A DAY AND A HALF, WHICH I SPENT WANDERING AROUND THE CITY IN THE EVENING AND AT NIGHT!

NATIONAL BREAKING LEAGUE BATTLE MARCH 6TH 2010

After a long day of battling different crews in Chinatown NYC. My crew Supreme Beings (Jiggz and Omen) and I (Ken Fury) came out on top with the victory. It was not easy, there were many amazing crews from all over the east coast. I am very excited to be apart of this event, which is promoting Breaking as a professional sport. ESPN was there interviewing people and documenting the whole day. That is a huge step for the dance. I hope that it all works out well! My crew will be attending the finals in Phoenix, Arizona on April 10th (see flyer below) to compete against the winners from other states. Much love and respect to our opponents that shared the battlefield with us! May the moments we shared vibrate in our eternal memory forever!

This video was the most difficult one I've ever been in. I had to do every combo like 4 or 5 times perfectly in the same place so they can film all the different angles from one camera. Meanwhile it was almost 100 degrees outside downtown Manhattan. And an 8 hour shoot!!!

My trip to Germany was an unbelievable experience! I had the opportunity to showcase my dancing in a huge event with many different types of dancers and people. The motive of the event was to "exchange with each other". I really admired this motive because of the fact that there is so much negativity and rivalry in the dance world, and to come together and share with each other in a positive aspect meant a great deal to me. I love to be out of my ordinary realm and experience new scenes. Whenever the opportunity arises to experience something different, I am there, and this was definitely it!

This event felt very different from other events I've attended in the past. After all of the competitions, it turned into a huge party with everyone dancing and just enjoying the vibe.

My team made it to the semi-finals and the judges gave the advance to Paris, which was a really great dance team. It was an honor to be on the same dance floor with them and everyone else. Unfortunately, there were no cameras allowed in the event. I was able to take a few pics which you can see below. They are making a dvd of the event which should be out soon. If I happen to come across a video online, I will post it...

My teammate Javier Ninja won the Vogueing competition and also won Dancer of the Night, due to his exceptional talent to engage the crowd and his uncanny abilities in the raw circles.

I would like to express my gratitude to the event organizers for flying us out and sharing our talent with this region of the world. I really enjoyed this adventure and can't wait for a possible return.

For my team members, ( Fire Lock, Javier, Tweetie, and Future), I had a chance to bond with you and I appreciate all of our conversations. I look forward to the next time we meet again!

Fort Apache Event In Bronx NYC NOV. 19th 2009

Frankie and I entered this battle in the Bronx, it was a good experience, there were a lot of bboys from out of town competing in the event. It was good to see and battle new opponents.

As a co production of the Red Bull BC One and The Hip Hop Theatre Festival, there was a B-Boy show in Times Square today. Ken Fury, Whorah, Sweet Lu, and Frankie Flave did a showcase and told the audience about their experiences as B-Boys. The Show was hosted by MC D-Story and DJ Jaze Art provided the beats. Kwikstep was there, MC Blizz the Ambassador made a short appearance and also Ken Swift with his VII Gems buddies Nako and Mr. Loose represented.

I loved this event, it was set out in a parking lot in the middle of this amazing little city called "Delft" in the Netherlands. There wasn't only a B-Boy battle but a skate competition and a BMX one as well. The battle below is the final that we won 1st place.
